Conversion Gems is an independent review site, not Procentive. Procentive is an EHR and practice management system for behavioral health practices, now called Procentive by Ensora Health after its owner, Therapy Brands, renamed itself Ensora Health in April 2025. Existing users sign in at app.procentive.com. Ensora no longer markets Procentive on its website and publishes no price for it.

Status: running for existing customers (checked 2 October 2026)

procentive.com no longer loads a website: it shows a hosting error page. Through 2025 it redirected to a Procentive page on ensorahealth.com, and that page now redirects to Ensora Health's homepage, which promotes TheraNest and Fusion instead.

Procentive itself is still running. Ensora Health's login page links Procentive users to app.procentive.com, and Ensora told customers that access and support would stay the same after the name change.
