Conversion Gems editorial verdict
From $19.95/provider/mo; 30-day free trial
Features7/10
7 - covers full clinical workflow (scheduling, EHR notes, billing, telehealth, client portal) but lacks a mobile app and advanced analytics.
Value8/10
8 - sub-$20/provider/mo entry point is among the lowest for a full-featured behavioral-health EHR; pay-per-claim add-on keeps low-volume billers lean.
Ease of use7/10
7 - web-based interface is straightforward for non-technical clinicians; absence of a mobile app limits flexibility.
Ecosystem5/10
5 - native integrations limited to clearinghouse, credit card processing, and telehealth; no broad third-party marketplace or open API.
Support7/10
7 - standard support for clinical software; Ensora rebrand may affect support continuity for legacy MyClientsPlus users.

What it really is

MyClientsPlus — behavioral-health EHR and practice management platform, now operating under Ensora Health (formerly Therapy Brands).

Our take

DB mislabels this as 'CRM & Sales' — MyClientsPlus is a dedicated mental and behavioral health EHR covering scheduling, clinical notes, billing, and insurance claims, not a sales CRM. DB pricing of $39/mo is also off; verified entry is $19.95/provider/mo. In April 2025, parent company Therapy Brands rebranded to Ensora Health and MyClientsPlus was folded into the Ensora Mental Health platform, though it still appears as a named product on review sites. It remains a strong budget option for solo therapists and small behavioral-health practices.

Why we rate it

Hard to beat on price for a HIPAA-compliant EHR with scheduling, notes, billing, telehealth, and client portal all in one. Claims processing as a pay-per-use add-on keeps monthly costs predictable for low-volume billers.

The catch

No native mobile app; functionality is web-only. The Ensora Health rebrand introduces roadmap uncertainty, and the per-claim billing model can add up for high-volume insurance practices.

Best for
Solo therapists and counselors needing affordable HIPAA-compliant EHR
Small behavioral-health practices managing insurance billing in-house
Clinicians who want scheduling, notes, and billing in a single platform
Not good for
Practices needing a dedicated mobile app for on-the-go charting
High-volume insurance billers where per-claim fees accumulate quickly
Non-behavioral-health providers (built exclusively for mental health use cases)
Friction report
Time to value
Fast: 30-day free trial accessible immediately; scheduling and note templates ready out of the box.
Scale breakpoint
Per-claim billing costs scale non-linearly for practices submitting 100+ claims monthly; per-provider seat pricing also compounds in group settings.
Walled garden
Moderate: client data and notes are stored in-platform; export options exist but migrating years of clinical records to another EHR is non-trivial.
