MyClientsPlus is web-based practice management and EMR software for therapists, counselors and other practitioners: insurance and client billing, session notes, reminders and a client portal. Its own site lists the Basic Plan at $19.95 per provider a month with a 30-day free trial. Its parent company Therapy Brands became Ensora Health in April 2025, and myclientsplus.com now redirects to Ensora.
Therapy Brands, the company behind MyClientsPlus, renamed itself Ensora Health on 7 April 2025. Ensora's login page still lists MyClientsPlus and MyClientsPlus 3.0, and app.myclientsplus.com still shows pricing and a sign-up link.
www.myclientsplus.com redirects to ensorahealth.com, and Ensora's pricing page lists TheraNest for mental health practices, not MyClientsPlus. If you are choosing new software, ask Ensora whether MyClientsPlus is still open to new practices.
