Allscripts Extended Care traces back to ECIN, a hospital care management and discharge planning company Allscripts bought at the end of 2007. The extendedcare.com login now belongs to CarePort, a care coordination business Allscripts sold to WellSky in a deal that closed on 31 December 2020. There is no public pricing.
