The free plan is limited and exports GLTF only. Basic adds unlimited captures and 6 mesh export formats; Business adds 2D and 3D floor plans, measurement tools, point cloud exports and a shared team library. The old Pro plan is no longer sold.

Is Polycam free?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 with a limited number of captures, GLTF exports only and public link sharing. Basic costs $150 a year or $30 a month (checked 3 October 2026).

What happened to Polycam Pro?

Polycam no longer sells the Pro plan. People who subscribed before the change are Legacy Pro users and keep the Pro price and features while they stay subscribed. New users choose Basic, Business or Enterprise.

Does Polycam work on Android?

Yes. Polycam runs on iOS (iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro), Android and web browsers. Space Mode room scanning is only available on compatible iOS devices.

Does Polycam have a free trial?

Yes. Basic and Business have 7-day free trials; for Enterprise you contact sales.

Can I cancel Polycam and get a refund?

You can cancel at any time in the app. Yearly subscriptions stay active until the renewal date, and Polycam doesn't give prorated refunds.
