Klaviyo is the de-facto standard for e-commerce email and SMS marketing, with deep native integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce. It delivers best-in-class automated flows, behavioral segmentation, and revenue analytics. DB listed entry_price_usd as null; actual paid entry is $20/mo for 251–500 active profiles. Note: a significant February 2025 billing change now counts all active profiles (not just actively emailed contacts), which has raised effective costs for many brands.

Why we rate it

No other platform matches Klaviyo's depth of e-commerce data integration and its ability to trigger hyper-personalized flows from real purchase and browse behavior. Its analytics close the loop between campaign spend and revenue earned.

The catch
