What it really is

eLead CRM (now CDK CRM) - the automotive-industry CRM for car dealerships, managing internet leads, sales pipelines, BDC workflows and service marketing (acquired by CDK Global in 2018).

Our take

It's the default CRM path for CDK DMS dealers: ILM (internet lead management), tablet-first showroom tools, marketing automation, and the industry's only CRM-native virtual BDC service.
