What it is, and why we rate it

One line each. Open a row for detail.

What it really isA UK-based migration and admin platform that moves company accounts into Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, then backs up and manages Google Workspace users.
Our takeCloudM is a sensible pick when you face a full platform move: 20+ sources, a self-hosted option, a 12-month license with unlimited catch-up runs, and a support site with setup guides for each source and destination.
After the move, Automate & Protect gives Google Workspace admins backup, archiving and offboarding at a low per-user rate. Plan for two things: Migrate prices come only by quote, and the management plans are billed a year at a time.
Why we rate itIt covers migration, backup, offboarding and continuity for the two main office suites, with public per-user prices for everything except Migrate.
The catchNo public Migrate prices, no free trial, and Automate & Protect is Google Workspace only with annual billing.

Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
Automate & Protect is admin setup in Google Workspace; a migration needs source and destination configuration and planning.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Enterprise Automate & Protect is custom priced; Business Continuity is aimed at 1,000+ users.
  3. Walled garden
Low: data lands in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which you control.
