Our take

For dealerships already running CDK's DMS, it is the low-friction CRM with deep lead management, desking and a CRM-native BDC service. Off the CDK ecosystem its advantage evaporates, the interface feels dated, and you are signing multi-year contracts with opaque, quote-only pricing.
