The DB mislabels it as a 'Community & Engagement Tool' — it's squarely a customer support / live chat platform — and marks the price_tier as 'free_trial' only, when a permanent free plan supports up to 10 agents with no expiry. Paid tiers start at $19/agent/mo (annual), and Freddy AI sessions beyond 500/mo included cost extra.

Why we rate it
