Conversion Gems editorial verdict
From $125/mo (up to 1,000 stops)
Features6/10
6 - strong POD, customer notifications, and driver UX; materially weak on route optimization quality and cross-route editing.
Value6/10
6 - $125/mo entry is reasonable for small teams; per-stop overages and the steep $1,000 Expert jump hurt mid-tier scalability.
Ease of use9/10
9 - consistently praised for intuitive dispatcher UI and low-friction driver onboarding; among the easiest route tools to adopt.
Ecosystem6/10
6 - native Shopify and Zapier integrations are useful; lacks direct WMS, ERP, or telematics connections.
Support7/10
7 - well-regarded customer support across user reviews; no 24/7 enterprise SLA on standard tiers.

What it really is

Spoke Dispatch (fka Circuit for Teams) — stop-volume-based route optimization and last-mile delivery dispatch platform for multi-driver teams.

Our take

Formerly Circuit for Teams, this product rebranded as Spoke Dispatch in October 2025. The DB has three material mislabels: pricing is not $12/user/month but stop-volume plans starting at $125/mo; price_tier should be 'paid' not 'freemium' (no free plan, only a trial); and 'Productivity & Collaboration' understates the category — this is squarely last-mile delivery logistics software. Spoke Dispatch shines on ease of use, driver-app UX, and proof-of-delivery workflows, but its route optimization engine has been criticised for producing inefficient routes at scale.

Why we rate it

Spoke Dispatch earns strong marks for its clean interface, quick time-to-value, and Shopify/Zapier integrations that appeal to e-commerce sellers managing their own deliveries. Driver adoption is unusually high thanks to a well-designed mobile app.

The catch

Route optimization has been criticised for overlapping, inefficient routes ('spaghetti routes'); cross-route stop editing is clunky; no native GPS live fleet tracking for managers.

Best for
Small courier and local delivery teams wanting fast setup
E-commerce brands dispatching last-mile orders via Shopify integration
Operations prioritising driver-app UX and proof-of-delivery compliance
Not good for
Large fleets needing GPS live-tracking dashboards
High-complexity routing with strict time-windows or vehicle constraints
Teams needing robust cross-route load balancing and timeline views
Friction report
Time to value
Fast: import a stop list and dispatch routes in under 10 minutes; driver app requires minimal training.
Scale breakpoint
Per-stop overages accumulate quickly above plan thresholds; route optimization quality degrades on dense or geographically complex deliveries.
Walled garden
Moderate: Shopify/Zapier integrations and data export exist, but historical driver analytics are locked to the $1,000/mo Expert tier.
