What it really is

Bloom Growth (formerly Traction Tools) — EOS-compatible business operating system for leadership teams.

Our take

Traction Tools rebranded to Bloom Growth in late 2022 after EOS Worldwide terminated its licensing agreement ('Traction' is an EOS trademark). The software itself is unchanged in purpose: structured meeting agendas, scorecards, rocks (quarterly goals), to-dos, and accountability charts for leadership teams running EOS or similar frameworks. DB listed $90/mo, but the current Base plan starts at $149/mo flat — a meaningful difference worth noting.

Why we rate it

Deep EOS-native tooling that would take weeks of spreadsheets and shared docs to replicate. The rebrand to Bloom Growth also opened support for Scaling Up, Pinnacle, and other operating frameworks — widening appeal beyond pure EOS shops.

The catch

Heavily framework-dependent — teams not running EOS or a similar structured OS will find little intuitive value. The $149/mo base is a real commitment for smaller teams just starting out.
