What it is, and why we rate it

What it really isDezgo: a browser-based AI image and video generator with a free version and prepaid Power Mode.

Our takeDezgo puts many image and video models in one web app, plus tools for background removal, upscaling, inpainting and editing images from text.

The free version needs no account but has rate limits, capped resolution and quality, and no access to the heavier video models. Power Mode removes the limits and the ads and charges per request from a prepaid balance that never expires.

Why we rate itDezgo punches far above its price point — the free tier is a real product, not a teaser, and the credit economics are among the best in consumer AI image generation.

The expansion into text-to-video adds longevity to the platform.

The catchPayments are non-refundable, and the strongest video models need Power Mode.

Sexually explicit content is banned under the terms revised on 24 September 2026.

Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

Time to value
Fast: generate images within seconds of landing on the site — no account or setup required on the free tier.
Scale breakpoint
Costs grow per request; heavy users top up the prepaid balance, and automation goes through the developer API.
Walled garden
Low: you download your images; outputs can be used commercially under each model's licence.

Still a fit?

If none of these block you, start on the free plan.
